Alfred walked down the streets of London. It had been years since he saw the tea sucking island last, but he had to admit, even though he had a rockin good time at college, being here was the best two years of his life. Alfred was dressed in a white collar shirt and a well tailored blue suit. He wore his glasses for the first time since leaving West Point Academy, and his hair was buzzed to regulatory military length. Alfred had already made sure his apartment was in order and was looking for a way to pass the time until he had to go to his meeting.

Alfred sat with his back to a tree in the court yard of the school. He looked up to the leaves, and past them to the sky; grey, dreary, not like back home in the states. There the sky was as blue as corn flowers, and the sun as warm and yellow as the golden grains of the breadbasket states. Alfred felt like the whole of the USA was his home, after all, his dad being in the military forced him to travel to each and every base. His whole family was in the military so they were scattered every which place too.

Alfred slowly opened his eyes, and when they opened onto the sight of his step-mother in his room, "LOUISA!" Alfred launched awake knocking Arthur off his chest, "Bloody hell, Alfred…" groaned Arthur.
"OH my God, Louisa… I… uh," stuttered Alfred as Arthur rubbed his eyes not sure of the situation.
"Oh don't worry about it Alfred," smiled Louisa, "Mathieu's had his fair share of boyfriends."

Alfred was in the mist of it, and he looked out around the room to make sure every one was having fun, but Arthur stood on the outskirts of the crowd, just standing there bobbing his head to the beat.
